...How Time Passes...

Description
Don's first record, recorded in 1960. Very cohesive and innovative compositional structures (many tempo and harmonic experiments) that, even though Ellis himself went in other musical directions very shortly after this was recorded, are testament to the influence that modern European classical music had on his development. Highly recommended.
This was reissued on CD by Candid in 1988 and again in 2007. Available at CDUniverse and probably most other online retailers.
