I saw this on Gemm. Not sure yet if this recording features any unheard material. Can't find any information on this on the Internet, will check other sources this summer.

VISTA apparently stands for "Volunteers in Service to America". There seem to have been many episodes in this series, featuring jazz musicians like Bill Evans, Cannonball Adderly and Eddie Harris. If Ellis' episode was indeed #55, then surrounding him were Henry Mancini and Cannonball.
