Notes:

• This is contained on a series of cassettes mentioned to me by Ellis researcher Nick DiScala. The tapes' contents often spill over onto B sides and even onto other tapes, so with only a list of tunes, it's often difficult to tell where one show ends and the next begins. I have used my best judgment to make these distinctions, but have also noted that the order is not certain.

• This is known by fans as the "Organic Band" because Don used no electronic modifications (not even keyboards) throughout the band, other than amplification. There is also a group of several vocalists present with this version of the band.

• Scott Harris has volunteered to create a write-up of this band. I will post it here when I recieve it from him.
